The Food

We've had exceptional meals so far, all in a self-serve cafeteria style. Last night was the highlight though, with a sliced cabbage salad with entire strips of smoked salmon as the sole embellishment. The national side dish of kimchi, a fermented, spiced napa cabbage, comes with every meal and it really helps to cut the other flavors well.
Yesterday's breakfast had cone sushi, a childhood favorite of mine.
